Delivery
Every piece is wrapped in recycled paper and posted within three working days of your order. UK delivery is £8 and tracked; we’ll email you the tracking number. Large pieces and commissions travel by pallet courier or we drive them over ourselves.
Collection
Collect from the studio free of charge, Thursday to Saturday, 10:00 to 17:00. Choose collection at checkout or tell us by email.
Returns
If a piece isn’t right for you, send it back unused within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund it in full once it’s back with us. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged.
Arrived broken?
It happens rarely, but it happens. Send a photo of the piece and the box to hello@fernhollow.example within 48 hours and we’ll refund it or, where we can, make you another.
