Privacy Policy

Last updated

This policy is demo content for the fictional Fernhollow Pottery. Replace it with a policy that describes what your own site and studio actually do.

What we collect

When you buy a piece, book a class, pay a deposit or send us a message, we keep your name, email, address and what you told us, so we can post your piece, keep your place or reply. Payments go through Stripe or Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.

Studio news by email

If you sign up, we keep your email address to tell you when the kiln opens, about once a month. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Members

If you create an account to read members-only journal posts, our sign-in provider keeps your email address to sign you in. We use it for nothing else.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits. If Google Analytics is used too, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: write to hello@fernhollow.example.

Pieces, classes, opening hours and commissions

Hello! Ask me about a piece in the shop, which class suits you, when the studio is open or how commissions work.
