These terms are demo content for the fictional Fernhollow Pottery. Replace them with your own.
Pieces
Every piece is handmade and one of one, so it may differ a little from its photo in colour and speckle. Prices include VAT where it applies; delivery is added at checkout.
Classes
Cancel or move a class up to seven days before for free. Within seven days we’ll offer another date if a place is free. Pieces made in a class are glazed and fired by us and kept for collection for three months.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and can be used for any class of the same value or more.
Commissions
A deposit starts the glaze tests and comes off the final invoice. The rest is due on delivery.
